All Sales Final Policy
Rigamajig products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective through a manufacturing error. Please contact the customer service representative within 1 year of purchase as stated in the limited warranty policy below.
If a customer requests a return and this case is determined and approved, the customer service representative will arrange the return/exchange shipment on your behalf.
Refunds for non-defective products (if applicable)
If a customer service representative determines a return is possible for a non-defective product within 30 days of receipt of order, the customer is responsible for the following:
· All associated outbound and return shipping costs
· $200 restocking fee
· If purchased online, associated credit card processing fees from Stripe (3% of total sale price)
If this case is determined and approved by customer service representative, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging to be accepted. The representative will arrange the return shipment on your behalf.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you and your refund, minus associated fees listed above, will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
